- A homepage in French, Arabic and English, version 0 in 24 hours
- Online booking with a deposit, a reminder the day before, and the calendar as the source of truth
- Treatments, prices and preparation explained so the same questions stop coming
03The result
Four times more bookings arrive online, most of them outside opening hours. The front desk talks to the patients in the room.
