Who we are

What we collect

• When you send a version 0 brief: your name, company, email, website if you give one, your brief, and the files you attach.
• When you book a call: the booking page uses Google Calendar, which receives the name, email and time you choose.
• When you visit: anonymous page view counts through Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies, no advertising trackers, nothing that follows you to other sites.

Why

To prepare your version 0, send it to you, and reply to you about a possible project. Nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we never use your brief or your files to train any AI model.

Who can see it

Only the PHAIAX team. Our providers handle it for us: Supabase (database and file storage, servers in Paris), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the brief form), Resend (the emails we send you, servers in Ireland) and Google Workspace (our email and calendar). The AI services we use to draft your sample receive only what is needed to make it, under terms that forbid training on it.

How long we keep it

Files you upload: 30 days. Your brief and contact details: 12 months, unless we start a project together, in which case our contract applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@phaiaxlabs.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
