The Story

Multiply whatyou can do.

That is the whole mission. Below: why we believe it, where the name comes from, and what we promise because of it.

What we believe

Not more hands. Systems.

Every team has more to do than hands to do it. Not because people are slow, but because most of the week goes to work that only looks like work: copying, chasing, re-typing, waiting.

We think the answer is not more hands. It is systems: a platform that books on its own, an agent that answers from your documents, a film that keeps selling after the launch, a plan that says which task to hand over first.

So we work in three moves. Understand: we sit with the people who do the work and follow a week. Build: a first version in a day, the real one in weeks. Multiply: run it, measure it, and report the hours it gives back, every month.

We show before we tell. Version 0 is free and real, so you judge us on something you can click, not on a deck.

The name says the rest.

οὐ γὰρ Φαιήκεσσι κυβερνητῆρες ἔασιν
For the Phaeacians have no pilots. Homer, Odyssey, Book VIII

01The ships

The ships that needed no pilot.

In the Odyssey, the Phaeacians sailed ships with no pilot and no rudder. The ship knew where you wanted to go and took you there. Odysseus fell asleep on board and woke up at home. You name the destination. You arrive.

03The letter

One letter, two jobs.

Phi is the first letter of PHAIAX in Greek. Cropped, it became our mark. The same letter names the golden ratio, the proportion behind the Parthenon and the spiral of a shell.

04The mark

One circle and one line.

Nothing in the icon is placed by eye: the gap from the line to the edge of the tile, and from the centre of the circle to the top, are both the radius times the golden ratio. That is why it holds at the size of a browser tab and on the side of a building.

r 47.9 77.5 77.5
On a 100 unit tile: radius 47.9, both gaps 77.5

05Where we are going

Purpose, vision, mission.

Purpose
Make advanced technology practical for the people and teams who need it most.
Vision
The lab teams call first when they want an idea turned into a working system, fast.
Mission
Multiply what you can do: build the systems that give a team its week back.

06Values

Four values, each with the promise that makes it checkable.

  • Speed with care

Move fast, and never ship something we would not trust ourselves.

Our promiseA demo every week, tested before handover.

  • Clarity

Plain language, honest timelines, everything in writing.

Our promiseA written scope before any work starts.

  • Craft

The same standard in code, design and film.

Our promiseA person checks every version 0 before it goes out.

  • Ownership

We treat every project as if it were our own company.

Our promiseWe flag risks first, measure the result, and stay after launch.

  1. Oct 2026The name is approved. The mark is drawn: one circle, one line.
  2. Nov 2026The lab opens: four live tools and version 0, free in 24 hours.
  3. NextThe first systems go live for clients, and the first monthly reports go out.
